Job Summary
Hand-stretch and shape dough to 18", layer and top pizzas with speed and consistency, and manage oven rotation and loading in a high-volume kitchen. Maintain a spotless, food-safe workstation while collaborating seamlessly with the team and engaging directly with customers on the slice line. Uphold exacting standards of quality and presentation. Candidates must have 2–3 years of experience, mastery of dough spinning and oven control, and the physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. Successful completion of a hands-on skills evaluation covering dough spinning, assembly, and bake management is required.
