Job Summary
Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch pizzas and operate ovens in a high-volume kitchen. Load and unload pizzas, ensuring quality finished products are served while following proper cutting, traying, and garnishing guidelines. Assist with dough making, rolling, and prep as needed. Maintain a clean environment, follow all safety and sanitation procedures, and handle cleaning chemicals safely. Multi-task to complete tasks efficiently while working cooperatively with kitchen team members, servers, and management. Required Qualifications
