Job Summary
As a Pizza Cook at The Cosmopolitan (Las Vegas, NV), you will handcraft pizzas with passion, precision, and creativity, following established recipes and specs, while maintaining cleanliness and proper storage in a fast-paced pizza kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing, seasoning, finishing, and garnishing pizzas; maintaining pizza displays and refrigeration; ensuring quality, presentation, and guest service standards; handling phone orders and guest requests; adhering to cash control policies; and supporting on-call scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume pizzeria, a High School Diploma or GED, are at least 21 years old, and are able to work in a team-focused environment with a commitment to excellence in dining experiences at MGM Resorts.
