Job Summary
Prepare pizzas from our Rosati family recipes, including custom orders, and bake a variety of doughs (thin crust, double dough, Chicago-style deep dish). Assist with line-cook tasks as needed, monitor stock and place orders, and maintain a clean and sterilized cooking station. Must love great food, work well in a fast-paced team, and be willing to learn; training provided to help launch or expand a restaurant career.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs
- Enjoys working on a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment
- Ability to stand a long time and move about the kitchen
- Capable of handling warm temperatures and using kitchen equipment
- Physical stamina for bending, kneeling, and moving around a facility
- Ability to follow directions and produce menu items
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
