Job Summary
Responsible for the quality and timely production of pizza station menu items in accordance with Parkhurst recipes under strict sanitary conditions. Essential functions include preparing menu items, stretching and tossing dough, ensuring food quality, interacting with guests, producing pizza dough, maintaining proper line presentation, completing daily production sheets, and following cleaning protocols. Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting, and are expected to assist team members and communicate effectively with management.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to prepare menu items according to specified recipes
- Ability to maintain quality and quantity of food
- Interpersonal skills to interact with guests in a friendly manner
- Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain hygiene standards
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
