Job Summary
Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes, including producing one or more specialty pizzas each service period. Stretch and toss dough to achieve the correct round shape, and produce fresh pizza dough daily. Ensure food quality and maintain consistent quantities throughout Saturday and Sunday shifts from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. This role supports the Parkhurst Dining team within Eat'n Park Hospitality Group's legacy of creating smiles since 1949.
Required Qualifications
- Standing and/or walking - 100% of time
- Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs
- Frequently lifting up to 20 lbs
