Pizza Cook

Prepare all menu items according to Parkhurst recipes and produce one or more specialty pizzas each service period. Stretch and toss dough to achieve the correct round shape, then produce fresh pizza dough daily. Ensure food quality and maintain consistent quantities throughout service while interacting with guests in a friendly, professional manner using Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
