Job Summary
Pizza Line Cook / Pizza Maker responsible for hand-stretching dough, building pizzas, and managing oven execution. Build pizzas with proper portioning, toppings, and presentation; operate and manage oven cooking times; work the pizza stations efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service; prep ingredients (cheeses, sauces, toppings, proteins, garnishes); maintain station cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards; communicate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate ticket times; support prep and opening/closing duties; learn kitchen systems and help maintain smooth service flow.
