Make and prepare food in a timely manner while upholding high food safety standards. You’ll be the trained expert crafting handmade products with proficiency in all aspects of food preparation. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, consistently preparing and serving food to meet presentation standards and recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station, managing quality at each production step, and documenting discrepancies related to food products, safety, and equipment. You’ll also set up the kitchen for the next shift (opens/closes) and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Skills emphasized include multitasking under pressure, thriving in a fast-paced environment, effective communication with team members and customers, following and executing recipes with attention to safe food handling, sanitation, and inventory, as well as attention to detail and a passion for consistently delivering great products.
