Job Summary
Prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes while maintaining the highest food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, manage quality along the production line, and ensure all work stations remain clean and sanitary. Document discrepancies regarding food products, safety, or equipment as needed. Setup kitchen for next shift during opens and closes. Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers within a designated area, navigating stairs and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multitask/work efficiently and troubleshoot under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with team members and customers
- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing and delegation with the knowledge of safe food handling, food storage and sanitation
- Ability to engage and work well with others
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for making great product 100% of the time
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to carry 30 pounds of pizza sauce
- Must be able to carry 12 pounds of pizza dough trays
- Must be able to push a stack of trays weighing up to 7.5 pounds
- Must be able to climb five or more flights of stairs
- Must be able to perform forward bending at the waist for 30-45 seconds at a time
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches
- Must be able to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Must be able to reach forward to obtain ingredients or answer phones
- Must be able to navigate stairs or climb a ladder
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift
- Must be able to walk short distances
- Must be able to sit for paperwork completion
