Job Summary
Make and prepare food in a timely manner while upholding high food safety standards. Operate as the trained expert crafting handmade products in-store with knowledge of all aspects of food preparation. Responsibilities include assisting in food prep, consistently preparing and serving according to recipes and presentation standards, maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation, managing quality at each production step, documenting discrepancies related to food, safety, and equipment, and setting up the kitchen for the next shift (open/close). Daily tasks emphasize working through a production-line flow, maintaining safety, and collaborating with team members to deliver a high-quality product. Requires standing for extended periods, ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, reaching, driving for deliveries), and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access for delivery duties.
