Job Summary
Prepare and serve food according to presentation standards and recipes while maintaining the highest food safety standards. Assist in food preparation, manage quality control throughout the production line, and document any discrepancies regarding food products, safety, or equipment. Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation, including all food prep, sanitation, and storage areas, and setup the kitchen for the next shift. Set up kitchen successfully for next shift including Opens and Closes. Deliver pizzas and beverages to customers within the designated area using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Carry large cases of ingredients and supplies, push trays on dollies, and navigate stairs as required during delivery.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication with team members and customers
- Proficient in following and executing recipes, timing and delegation with the knowledge of safe food handling, food storage and sanitation
- Ability to engage and work well with others
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for making great product 100% of the time
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Must be able to stand for most of the shift
- Must be able to walk short distances on ceramic tile and linoleum surfaces
- Must be able to lift cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to carry large cans weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces
- Must be able to carry pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds
- Must be able to carry trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds per tray
- Must be able to push a stack of trays on a dolly requiring up to 7.5 pounds of force
- Must be able to climb stairs or a ladder infrequently
- Must be able to navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery
- Must be able to stoop and bend forward at the waist
- Must be able to reach above 72 inches occasionally
- Must be able to reach down to perform tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes
- Must be able to reach forward to obtain ingredients or answer phones
