Job Summary

Lead supervises the production of Roman-style Pizza alla Pala, Focaccia, and other bakery items in a single Eataly location’s baking facility, reporting to Head Chef and Sous Chef Managers. Responsibilities include directing bakery/pizza production staff, training and developing team members, preparing pizza and bakery items per recipes, managing raw materials stock and inventory, ensuring compliance with portion sizes and health standards, maintaining a sanitary production area, supporting shifts across pizza and bakery production, assisting Sales Associates with guest education on products, performing cashier duties as needed, documenting and resolving incidents, and performing other duties as required. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year in back-of-house production, 1+ year supervisory experience, and availability to work on-site with evenings/weekends and occasional early-morning/overnight shifts. Compensation is $22-$27 per hour plus benefits.

Required Qualifications
