Qualified Field Inspectors for Insurance Loss Control are needed, with immediate placement available. Responsibilities include electronically receiving assignments, scheduling inspections with the insured, conducting thorough property inspections for potential issues, taking extensive photos, conducting interviews for operational information, communicating inspection status through an online application, and completing detailed inspection reports online. Preferred skills encompass knowledge of commercial property and casualty lines, experience in inspections, and the ability to efficiently manage tasks independently.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified to work in the USA
- 3-5 years' experience providing commercial insurance loss control inspections
- Completed training course such as the VIITA Basic Commercial Line Inspector course or its equivalent
- Understanding of commercial property and casualty lines: property, general liability, and worker's compensation
- Ability to work independently
- Effective time management
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with online reporting and document handling
