Job Summary
Complete work accurately and quickly allowing customers to remain in their vehicles while performing multi-point inspections. Service grease fittings, universal joints, and steering knuckles using hand or compressed air powered grease guns. Inspect fluid levels of rear differentials and axle housings, and advise service consultants on additional work needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions. Valid driver's license and willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screen
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Ability to meet physical requirements including prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending
- Ability to exert 50 - 100 lbs of force occasionally and/or 10 - 25 lbs of force frequently and/or greater than 10 lbs of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to work at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials
- Agreement that you are able to meet the physical requirements listed for this role
