The Pit Master/Meat Cutter is responsible for executing the pit and meat operations, ensuring the quality of smoked meats. Key responsibilities include managing food quality, proficiency with smokers, following health and safety protocols, inventory management, and minimizing food waste. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
- Passion to serve the guest

- Ability to clean as you go and stay organized
