Pit Loader Operator

Job Summary
Operates a front-end loader to load, unload, and move stone products on-site at Hawley Quarry. Performs daily pre/post trip equipment inspections, starts and operates loader, maneuvers bucket to load rock trucks, and maintains stockpiles and haul roads. Provides on-site customer service and assists with product blending and routine maintenance. Adheres to MSHA and H&K safety policies; physical and environmental demands include outdoor conditions and hearing/vision requirements. Requires experience operating heavy equipment and high school diploma or GED or equivalent, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to meet physical demands. 100% company-paid health benefits and other training opportunities are provided.
