Pit Loader Operator

Operate a pit loader to safely and efficiently move material and maintain product stockpiles at Lemon Springs Quarry. Responsibilities include: performing daily pre- and post-inspections, ensuring safe operations around conveyors, surge piles, and crushers, conducting preventative maintenance (tire pressure, oil, grease, diesel fuel, hoses, moving parts), maintaining safe traffic flow on site, operating other equipment as needed, and aiding in training co-workers. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and experience with mobile/construction equipment; six months of front-end loader experience preferred. Hours are 6AM–4PM, with weekends as necessary.
