Job Summary
Operate pit loader safely and efficiently to move raw materials, perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance, and load and transport materials to designated areas within the site. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors while following all safety protocols and environmental regulations. Work in environments involving moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels. Submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively
- Strong awareness of safety standards and compliance requirements
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to perform tasks in demanding outdoor conditions
- Commitment to maintaining equipment and reporting issues promptly

- Must submit to drug/alcohol screen
- Must submit to background check
- FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing (for some positions)
