Job Summary
Lead on-site construction operations for piping-focused projects in Saskatchewan, overseeing staffing, scheduling, subtrade coordination, field cost control, and quality assurance; contribute to preconstruction planning, site logistics, construction methodologies, and budget input; coordinate with engineering, estimating, planning, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with drawings, specifications, and schedules; manage resources and documentation, determine construction methods, monitor safety and compliance, and support project controls through leadership in hiring, training, and supervising field personnel; serve within an industrial infrastructure context with rotations across Saskatchewan environments (including BHP-related work).
Required Qualifications
- 4-10 years of construction experience
- 2-6 years in a supervisory role
