Piping Superintendent

Bechtel seeks a Piping Field Superintendent to lead piping construction activities on a large gas-turbine power facility project in Pecos, TX. Responsibilities include directing craft labor and subcontractors, coordinating field activities and planning (3 Week Look Ahead), ensuring safe and compliant execution, maintaining design-document control, and supporting cost/schedule objectives. The role requires onsite leadership, collaboration with engineering, construction management, and project controls, and the ability to resolve constructability issues, oversee testing processes, and manage resources and equipment to support efficient execution. Preferred candidates will have prior experience delivering a power plant as a Piping Superintendent, strong knowledge of ASME/ASTM codes, constructability coordination, and familiarity with non-union labor agreements. The position is a long-term, camp-based assignment in Pecos, TX, with relocation assistance available.
