Piping QC Inspector – CWB Level 2

Conduct piping and welding inspection activities with a primary focus on fit-up and closure weld inspections in accordance with project specifications, drawings, ITPs, and codes. Perform visual inspections of welds and associated fabrication, verifying component orientation, root gap, bevel condition, and alignment against approved documentation. Review specifications, WPSs, and other project records while documenting findings and maintaining accurate daily inspection reports. Identify non-conforming work and coordinate with welders, supervisors, and engineers to support corrective actions. Complete full-day inspection activities involving extended walking throughout the industrial site while adhering to all safety requirements. This short-term assignment supports critical turnaround work at an industrial facility in Fort Saskatchewan.
