Job Summary
Develop piping material specifications, perform pipe wall thickness calculations, and conduct piping stress computer analysis. Review equipment layouts, piping support designs, and supplier documents for MTO/RFQ/TBE/POs. Provide technical support to projects across concept through commissioning stages. Requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, minimum two years of consultancy experience, and offshore platform exposure. Full-time role at KBR with competitive compensation and global opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- exposure to piping stress checks and supports design
- Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in a consultancy environment
- good experience in performing piping material engineering for offshore platforms/FPSO, etc.
- good written and oral communication skills
- self-motivated to learn
- advanced computer skills
