Job Summary
Senior Relationship Manager to drive asset under management across PMS, AIF, and advisory investment products by expanding the distributor base through existing distributors and new partners. The role requires hands-on leadership, in-depth subject-matter expertise, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and distributors, manage end-to-end engagement, ensure compliance, and act as a brand ambassador. Responsibilities include driving business targets, servicing and upselling to existing investors and distributors, managing onboarding and operational processes, and collaborating with management and stakeholders to enable growth. The candidate should possess strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills, with a background in financial/banking industries and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate or equivalent professional degree
- 3+ years of experience in Financial/Banking Industry
- Broad experience in Distributor life cycle and products/asset classes
- Hands-on multi-tasker, self-directed, capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, strong understanding of distributor engagement and management
- Discretion with confidential matters
- Ability to work independently in demanding environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills
- PowerPoint and Excel expertise
