Job Summary
Entry-level brazing role focused on learning and performing pipe assembly and installation in manufacturing units. Responsibilities include cutting, threading, and bending pipe with a Hydraulic Pipe Bender; assembling and installing pipes, tubes, and fittings (iron, steel, copper, plastic); training in multiple manufacturing positions (assembly, paint, wire, weld). Must read blueprints and a tape measure to 1/8 inch, and operate hand tools; ability to use acetylene and oxygen torch set. Required Qualifications
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch
- Must be able to use hand tools
- Preferred prior brazing experience
- Ability to use acetylene and oxygen torch set
