Pipeline Superintendent

Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise pipeline construction, maintenance, integrity, and facility projects for Strike Operating Company, directing field personnel, subcontractors, and trade partners to meet safety, schedule, and budget targets. Conduct Job Safety Assessments, enforce safe work practices, and mitigate hazards while managing jobsite expenditures for labor, equipment, and materials. Review forecasts and schedules to determine construction needs, coordinate permits and inspections, and maintain organized documentation across multiple work fronts. This role requires heavy travel and relocation, with a focus on developing field workforce capabilities and ensuring compliance with project plans and customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of pipeline and/or facilities construction experience, including maintenance, integrity, new construction, and facility-related project work
- Experience scheduling work, ordering materials, coordinating inspections, supervising field crews, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control on pipeline or facility projects
- Experience managing multiple projects, crews, work fronts, budgets, equipment resources, and customer expectations in a fast-paced field environment
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Requires frequent travel and relocation as needed for project demands
- Complies with Strike's Drug & Alcohol Policy maintaining favorable drug testing results throughout employment
- Demonstrates the ability to endure frequent physical activity, work long days, travel extensively, and work outdoors in a variety of weather and jobsite conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with large-diameter pipeline construction, compressor station or facility work, and complex energy infrastructure projects preferred
