Pipeline: Project Manager

Contract Project Manager needed to own end-to-end projects across marketing, technology, and content operations. Responsibilities include scope definition, scheduling, budget tracking, delivery, risk identification and mitigation, stakeholder alignment, vendor/agency coordination, and maintaining project documentation. The role requires coordinating across multiple workstreams, leading kickoffs and retrospectives, and ensuring quality from kickoff through completion. Must have 5+ years of project management experience and proficiency with PM tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet). Strong written and verbal communication, remote-work self-sufficiency, and ability to manage multiple projects in a remote-first environment are essential. Bonus skills include PMP/CAPM/ PMI-ACP certification, Agile/Scrum experience, openness to AI tools, and experience with content operations or language/translation projects. The position is remote within the United States with rolling start dates and a W2 contract arrangement. English-language resumes preferred.
