Job Summary
Conduct data management and quality control for pipeline clients by interpreting industry data sources, construction drawings, and inspection records. Capture, convert, and reconcile pipeline data using industry models like PODS and UPDM while working with ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing (APR). Create, manage, and edit feature classes for spatial data regarding structures, road crossings, and utility intersections. Provide high-level GIS expertise in integration, documentation, and implementation, including technical writing for client deliverables. Maintain Integrity Plus standards for quality and meet continuing education requirements. This Level 1 role supports pipeline operators in delivering cost-affordable energy while ensuring safety performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in GIS, science, technology degree or similar
- Demonstrable GIS experience (minimum of 1 years GIS experience)
- ArcGIS Pro 3.0 or Higher or equivalent GIS Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of APR Desirable
- Previous experience with Pipeline GIS desirable
