Pipeline Engineer

Draft and assess pipeline designs for hydrogen and CO2 transport, aligning piping with process, pigging, and operational philosophies. Develop valve diagrams, coupling diagrams, and pigging facilities while establishing design principles for pipe diameters, pressure classes, and material selections. Evaluate hydraulic, thermal, and mechanical design issues, coordinate with civil and geotechnical disciplines, and support HAZID, HAZOP, SWIFT, and QRA processes. Review contractor deliverables and provide support during FEED, detailed engineering, and execution. This 15-month contract begins September 2026 in Amersfoort for a Mechanical Engineer with high-pressure piping expertise.
