Job Summary
Oversee all settlement activities for WhiteWater natural gas systems, including monthly audit reviews, invoice verification prior to distribution, and reconciliation of inventory and invoiced volume discrepancies. Develop and maintain documented billing processes, tools, and procedures to streamline invoicing while serving as the escalation point for customer billing inquiries. Coordinate data integrations for regulatory and corporate reporting, prepare documentation for state, TRRC, and FERC authorities, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Manage cross-functional projects to improve settlement and invoicing business processes. Maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial agreements and revenue structures while verifying PowerBI visuals and Quorum system data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of midstream accounting or settlements experience
- Experience working with State and Federal regulatory agencies
- High proficiency in MS Office Excel, Outlook, Word
- Excellent problem solving, time management, analytical and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Communication and Teamwork skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with others to optimize team success
- Ability to keep to assigned schedule
