Job Summary
Lay, join, align, wrap, and seal pipe sections made of clay, concrete, and other materials for water, gas, sanitary sewer, and utility conduits. Operate hand and power tools including drills and hammers as directed. Perform physical labor tasks on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil construction sites, preparing areas and assisting with assigned duties. Work with crew members while complying with safety policies and procedures. This role involves physical exertion including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with potential exposure to adverse weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year verifiable experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures
- Good manual dexterity
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
