Job Summary
Oversee all field construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans, schedules, and quality standards. Manage site labor, coordinate subcontractors, and develop construction schedules to optimize resources for efficient project execution. Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations, monitor work progress, and resolve field issues to prevent delays. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and safety incidents while communicating regularly with project managers, engineers, and site personnel. Requires OSHA 30 certification, 7+ years in industrial mechanical construction, and ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- OSHA 30 certification
- Any licenses or certifications required by state or local regulations
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in industrial mechanical construction
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience on construction sites
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate construction sites for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in various weather conditions
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Primarily field-based, working on active construction sites
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions, high noise levels, and industrial work environments
- May require frequent travel between project sites and occasional overnight stays depending on project demands
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
