Pipefitter Supervisor

Lead and supervise pipefitter crews in daily and scheduled maintenance, assigning work, coaching your team, and ensuring activities are completed safely, on time, and to standard. Provide technical guidance on repairs, troubleshooting, and equipment rebuilds while performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate schedules with other maintenance disciplines, monitor job progress, and approve completed work. Maintain preventive maintenance programs, support major equipment evaluations, and ensure parts, tools, and materials are available. Build strong relationships with union and management teams. This role requires a high school diploma, 5–10 years of maintenance experience, and strong leadership skills.
