Pipefitter Journeyman

Pipefitter Journeyman role at Comfort Systems USA (S.M. Lawrence affiliate). You will fabricates mechanical piping systems for commercial construction projects within the shop, reads blueprints and specifications to determine scope, selects pipe types/sizes, and cuts, threads, bends, and assembles piping components. You will bolt, clamp, tack-weld, install hangers and valves per plans, perform leak tests, and operate equipment such as forklifts and overhead cranes. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean work environment, working from ladders/man lifts, and performing other duties as assigned. Required tasks include reading weld symbols and procedures, interpreting mechanical/structural drawings, and complying with safety and quality standards.
