Job Summary
Hart Mechanical Contractors seeks an experienced Pipefitter for a full-time, on-site role in Miami, FL (33186). The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of commercial pipefitting experience, especially in high-rise or large-scale mechanical construction, and can read complex blueprints, fabricate and install piping systems (HVAC, chilled water, steam, domestic water). Key duties include layout, measurement, cutting, joining, testing, and coordination with trades. Requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal hand tools. OSHA 10/30 preferred; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. On-site with standard Monday–Friday schedule; overtime possible. No H1B sponsorship; must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Three to five (3-5) years of commercial pipefitting experience in high-rise or large-scale mechanical construction, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Skilled in threading, grooving, soldering, and welding methods.
- Strong understanding of layout, rigging, and installation of large-bore piping systems.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and personal hand tools.
Desired Qualifications
