Job Summary
Pipedrive Automation Specialist to join a client-facing consulting team. Remote, overlapping UK business hours; part-time (10–20 hours/week) with potential to scale to full-time. Responsibilities include configuring Pipedrive CRMs for clients, building advanced workflows and integrations using Zapier, advising on lead management, pipeline optimization, activity tracking, and reporting best practices, creating process documentation and SOPs, delivering onboarding and CRM training, proactively troubleshooting automation issues, recommending scalable system enhancements, maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and leveraging generative AI tools to improve workflows and client solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting, RevOps, CRM, or operational role
- Strong hands-on experience with Pipedrive CRM including workflow automation, CRM configuration, marketplace applications
- Advanced Zapier experience with the ability to build reliable multi-step automations
- Experience working with B2B SMEs in operations, sales consulting, or revenue operations environments
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong process thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable facilitating training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed, accountable, and highly organised
- Proactive use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier AI, or AI agents in daily workflows
- Ability to work UK business hours
