Job Summary
This Pipe Layer role supports trenchless rehabilitation projects for water and sewer lines. Responsibilities include directing equipment alignment, movement, and adjustment to fit location needs; assisting in initial setup and site cleanup; lifting and pulling items 50+ lbs; reviewing entry and work permits and pre/post-installation videos; entering manholes and confined spaces; hauling equipment and crew members by driving various vehicles; completing daily driver’s duty logs; submitting maintenance work orders; continuously monitoring for safety hazards and relaying issues to a supervisor. The position requires outdoor construction experience, ability to travel, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferred CDL and CIPP experience. Knowledge of safety certifications (Confined Space, 10/30 hour OSHA) and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are important, along with a willingness to comply with the company Code of Conduct and safety initiatives. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Experience in physical labor outdoor construction
- CDL (preferred)
- Safety certifications for Confined Space, Competent Person, OSHA 10/30 hour (as required)
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
- Ability to travel up to 90% if needed
