Job Summary
Conduct trench prep, bedding, pipe alignment, and backfill support while installing sewer, storm drain, water lines, and related pipe systems. Work safely around heavy equipment outdoors in Texas weather, lifting up to 50 lbs. Requires 2+ years of pipe laying or civil construction experience, reliable transportation, and a strong safety mindset. Schedule includes Monday to Friday 8-12 hour shifts, Saturdays as needed, with overtime and year-round availability. Pay is experience-based with bi-weekly direct deposit, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and paid holidays after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of pipe laying, underground utility, or civil construction experience
- Reliable transportation
- Able to work outdoors in Texas weather
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong safety mindset
- Drug-free workplace
- Must pass drug testing
- Monday to Friday
- 8 to 12 hour shifts depending on project needs
- Saturdays as needed
- Overtime available
- Year-round work
