Job Summary
Lead a crew in underground utility construction while maintaining production schedules and quality standards without compromising safety. Execute work according to Superintendent directives, proficiently operating heavy machinery and adhering to quality control standards in plans and specifications. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to employees while holding the team accountable for compliance, quality, and safety. FDOT experience is preferred.
