Job Summary
Lead a crew in Arcadia while maintaining production schedules and executing work according to Superintendent directives. Execute underground utility construction with proficiency in heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with quality control standards and specifications. Provide leadership, motivation, and mentoring to employees while holding the team accountable for safety, quality, and project compliance. Maintain material quality and adhere to FDOT experience preferences where applicable.
