Job Summary
Coordinate daily site activities for civil sewer and water crews, subcontractors, and self-performing teams across active work fronts in North Brisbane. Lead and supervise installations while ensuring all works meet safety standards, project specifications, and client expectations. Plan labour, plant, and materials to maximise productivity and monitor installation quality. Conduct daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and site inspections. Mentor site crews to promote a positive safety culture and deliver project outcomes through collaboration with Project Engineers and Superintendents.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Pipe Foreman delivering civil utilities projects
- Strong knowledge of sewer, stormwater and water main installation
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple self-performing crews and subcontractors simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project specifications
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and productivity
