Job Summary
The Pipe Foreman is responsible for managing all activities at the construction site, ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining schedules, and overseeing budgets. Essential duties include organizing and supervising subordinate staff and subcontractors, coordinating work activities to prevent delays, overseeing construction contracts, maintaining inventory of materials and equipment, and managing project schedules. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent, along with extensive supervisory and construction experience. Successful candidates will have a strong commitment to safety, quality control, and effective communication with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Verifiable work experience as a superintendent
- Additional construction experience required
- Proven track record supervising and coordinating personnel and subcontractors
- Must understand schedules and complete projects on time and on budget
