Job Summary
Read blueprints, measure and cut pipes, and assemble piping systems for water, gas, steam, and liquid transport projects. Grind pipes into V-shapes for welding, test systems for leaks, and collaborate with construction teams while adhering to safety protocols. Requires minimum five years of experience, proficiency in English, and knowledge of fittings and materials. Includes long-term contract (24 months), competitive salary, provided accommodation, and meal allowance. Shift work spans seven hours over six days with paid overtime. Mentoring and optional language training available during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- minimum 5 years of experience as a pipe fitter
- good knowledge of English
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter in the construction or plumbing industry
- Knowledge of piping systems, fittings, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficiency in using pipe cutting and threading tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision in pipe fitting tasks
- Physical stamina to work in various positions and environments
- Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with the construction team
