Job Summary
Seeking Experienced Pipe Layer, Loader Operator, and General Laborer to join Blythe Development's pipe crews. Responsibilities include site groundwork tasks such as pipe laying, loading operations, and various labor duties across projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Must perform physically demanding work, including lifting over 50 lbs, standing and climbing ladders, and maintaining good manual dexterity and stamina in a construction environment. Blythe Development is 100% employee-owned with a large, experienced workforce capable of self-performing substantial portions of site work.
