Job Summary

Fabricate and assemble pipe manifolds and related piping systems according to drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Perform pressure testing to verify integrity and compliance; conduct detailed quality inspections including dimensional checks and weld evaluations; interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, schematics, and BOMs; utilize advanced metalworking techniques including cutting, fitting, welding preparation, and finishing; identify and resolve fabrication issues to maintain quality and production efficiency; maintain documentation for inspections, tests, and completed assemblies; follow safety procedures and quality policies; collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in pipe fabrication and pipe manifold assembly
  • Advanced knowledge of metalwork and fabrication processes
  • Experience performing pressure testing and interpreting test results
  • Strong understanding of quality inspection methods and standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Proficiency with fabrication tools, measuring devices, and shop equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
