Pipe and Structural Welder Offshore

Job Summary
Perform welding of structural and piping components offshore, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel, and other alloys. Set and operate welding equipment, complete welding projects, and ensure quality that passes NDT; adhere to safety practices while transporting and using welding tools, fittings, and torches; follow welding chart specifications and determine appropriate welding methods to weld structures (beams, grating, stairways) and pipes. The role requires passing AWS D1.1, ASME IX, and API 1104 welding tests and maintaining QA standards in an outdoor offshore environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a practical welding test
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Must be able to pass a background check
- TWIC card
