Job Summary
Pinnacle Capture Leader responsible for shaping, leading, and winning large, complex capture efforts across Federal Health markets. Serves as the single accountable capture leader for major and priority pursuits, integrating customer engagement, competitive intelligence, solution shaping, teaming, pricing strategy, and proposal execution to deliver compliant, compelling, and operationally credible solutions. Responsibilities include strategic capture leadership, building trusted senior relationships, customer shaping, pipeline development with strategic partners, win-strategy execution including incumbent displacement, competitive intelligence, and risk mitigation. Leads technical solution and partner integration, oversees proposal development and governance, owns bid/no-bid decisions and investment strategies, and collaborates with pricing/finance to develop credible pricing. Mentors capture managers and business development professionals, drives capture discipline and continuous improvement for future Federal Health deals, and travels up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least ten (10) years of consulting and advisory experience with Federal Health clients
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant capture ($10M+) experience
- Ability to travel as needed
