Job Summary
Senior Machine Operator in Pine Mountain supports warp preparation, tie-in procedures, and material handling to ensure continuous production flow. Responsibilities include identifying and verifying correct Control Cards for warps, using Warp Out truck, performing warp tying, leasing out warp and ensuring accurate yarn separation, updating the Warp Board Sheet, maintaining a clean and safe work area, filling LIME storage containers, performing battery changes and charging for the Warp Truck, tightening beam bolts, identifying S & Z twist problems in belting styles, managing job priorities based on production scheduling, maintaining the Warp Storage Area, executing Warp Out Procedures including BARCO declarations, and troubleshooting knotter issues such as single-end and double-end breaks, slip knots, and clogs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing or textile experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read production instructions, quality specifications, and safety documents.
