Job Summary
PIM Administrator responsible for maintaining and optimizing the PIM data model and configurations to support product data and taxonomy, collaborate with IT/development teams to refine data syndication with ERP/E-commerce/DAM, manage a backlog with a third-party implementation partner, develop and enforce structured PIM workflows, guide field/entity configurations, implement data validation checks, and produce comprehensive documentation. The role requires auditing for data completeness and accuracy, supporting PIM users with appropriate roles/permissions, and driving data governance and taxonomy alignment across digital channels, with remote/hybrid working conditions and occasional travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a PIM administrator role
- Proficient understanding and hands-on experience with PIM systems
- Experience with data modeling, metadata management, and data governance
- Strong knowledge of data syndication processes and workflows within PIM and its integration with ERP, E-commerce platforms, and DAM
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT and third-party partners
- Ability to develop and execute system audits
- Experience in supporting PIM users and managing roles/permissions
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with feature updates and change management in PIM environments
- Certifications: inriver PIM Certification – Required
- Advanced Excel Certification – Preferred
- Data Management Certification – Preferred
- Certification in Change Management – Preferred
