Job Summary
Pilot industrial performance by tracking key performance indicators, identifying risks, and deploying action plans to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Coordinate crisis management actions and lead steering committees such as COPIL and CODIR to ensure operational commitments are achieved. Manage technical performance in collaboration with stakeholders to verify activity progress and client internal deliverable compliance. Develop and maintain relationships with intragroup suppliers, fostering cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering teams. Lead transformation initiatives and continuous improvement processes to enhance the industrial maturity of strategic suppliers and secure long-term performance.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in a similar function within a demanding and complex industrial environment
- Solid expertise in supplier performance management, quality, production, or supply chain
- Solid expertise in cross-functional steering and coordination of multiple actors
- Mastery of Lean Manufacturing principles (Kaizen, VSM, lead time reduction, line balancing, TRS improvement)
- Fundamentals of industrial management, from S&OP to shop floor steering, including MRP2 principles
- Ability to assess industrial loads and capacities
- Ability to accompany organizational transformation projects
- Leadership and influence capabilities
- Ability to mobilize teams around common goals, even in tension or crisis contexts
- Tenacity, analytical mind, and result orientation
- Ability to step back while remaining action-oriented
- Comfort in a multicultural environment where interaction and collaboration are essential
- Ability to access defense national secret information (subject to habilitation procedure)
